Changes: Face the Strange Contemplations on impermanence

Monday, 4/06/20 4pm Pacific, 7pm Eastern

With Erika Rosenberg and Daniel Shankin (Sitaram Das)

Life during COVID asks us to abide in uncertainty; it puts the unknown future right in front of our faces. Many of us are grappling with this as if it were a unique predicament at this point in human history; when in fact, every moment we are faced with the uncertainty of what will happen next. Every experience fundamentally changes, and the choices we make in each moment shape what unfolds. Come explore with us, through conversation and practice, the transitory nature of human experience. Experiment with riding the waves of change and greeting impermanence as an opportunity, rather than a threat. Explore the ephemeral qualities of consciousness.

Yin Yoga and Meditation for Non Dual Integration

Every Tuesday at 4pm Pacific, 7pm Eastern

Yin Yoga is super healthy for both the physical and subtle body. Working on the meridians and energetic channels, it can support organ health, immunity, and emotional well being. As this happens, the divergent aspects of ourselves come into harmony, allowing our awareness to settle on the essential and eternal source of our true nature.

By applying principles of yoga, tantra, ayurveda, and traditional chinese medicine, we can understand how to practice in a way that is truly natural and effective.

In this online class, you’ll have an opportunity to do a gentle yin practice, along with meditation. During the practice Daniel will share the philosophical underpinnings of the practice, so you understand why we’re doing what we’re doing. We’ll also discuss lifestyle practices that will allow you to take supportive action in your daily life.

Private Coaching, Teaching, and Mentoring

I’m currently offering private teaching and coaching for both creative projects and spiritual emergence.

Daniel helped me cut through to what was underlying my frustration. We turned it over and exposed it to light. We broght love into it, releasing old fear. A deep healing happened. Then, at the end Daniel helped me create a Mantra that moves me everyday: “I Am a Touchstone of Love.”  Thank You Daniel!  Wow you are good!
