Yoga Instruction
I’ve been teaching yoga for over a decade. I am available for personal instruction and group class contracts. I can offer sequences and poses that are tailored to the individual, targeting areas of injury or weakness. We can put together a plan that will assist your body in its natural healing process. If your body works just fine, and you are simply looking for a nice all around holistic yoga practice, I can certainly offer that too.
Thai Yoga Bodywork
It’s like having yoga done to you. All the best parts of yoga, shiatsu, energy work, and acupressure, all rolled into one. Sessions are 90 minutes, and take place on a futon. You breathe deep and call on your spirit guides to support you, and I pull tension, trauma, and chaos out of your body with my bare hands. It’s splendid.
Meditation Instruction
I teach a style of meditation that recognizes and respects the uniqueness of each individual, and their mind. If you have been having trouble meditating, or have been turned off by rigid schools and practices, I invite you to give yourself another opportunity, and lets see if we can something resonates with your deeper being.
Satsang/Spiritual Counseling
Maybe you need to talk about your journey. If you have listened to my podcasts, then you have an idea about the kind of perspective and attention that I can offer you. I am always honored to serve in this capacity.

People are often surprised to discover that I am legally and spiritually able to perform weddings. But it’s true.
